WELCOME to Lori Shyba's Mass Media Communication Wiki for Spring 2011

Comm 2146 examines the impact of print and electronic media on the global environment.  Introduces several media theories and examines both the application of these theories to the different media and the impact of the media on society. Particular attention is given to how media consumers can become better informed and able to assess their media environment intelligently.
